Change log:

1. Increased the size of the attachement image and added “View attachment" text to ensure that users can see where to click for the attachment on an announcement if there is one.
2. Added a new “View Acknowledgements” button on each announcement record so that Administrators can get an easy visual breakdown of which employees are pending acknowledgement and which still have to acknowledge an announcement.
3. Added a custom category into the Setup Center Tab so that users can find and access the list of announcements easier.
