1. How to install CSV+ DropZone

NOTE: BEFORE YOU CAN INSTALL THE BUNDLE, YOU MUST HAVE A LICENSE CREATED FOR YOU AND THE BUNDLE MUST BE SHARED BY US TO YOUR ACCOUNT. THERE ARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR REACHING OUT TO US TO GET THIS SORTED IN THE PREVIOUS ARTICLE. PLEASE GO BACK TO THE PREVIOUS ARTICLE AND FOLLOW THOSE INSTRUCTIONS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE BEFORE FOLLOWING THIS GUIDE OR YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO INSTALL THE BUNDLE.

These are the steps for installing the bundle:

1. As an Administrator, go to your centre at the top of your screen and navigate through “Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles" and click on “Search & Install bundles.”
 

 

2. Type into the KEYWORDS field: “[REED] CSV” and click the “Search” button or hit the enter key
 

 

3. This will search for a list of related bundles. You will be installing one of the following:
 

 

Please install whichever one we have told you to install. The process for installing them is exactly the same. Only one will work in your account.

Before you install it, make sure you have the correct name and bundle ID combination as in the screenshot above and the table below:

4. Click on the name of the bundle (We have highlighted the first of the two bundles but the process is the same for the other bundle):
 

 

5. When the page reloads as the “Bundle Details” page, click on the “Install” button at the top of the screen:
 

 

6. This will open the Terms of Service. Read through them and click the “I Agree” button at the bottom to install the bundle:
 

 

7. The “Bundle Details” page will reload as the “Preview Bundle Install” page:
 

 

Click on the Install Bundle button at the top of the screen.

8. You will get a browser pop-up. Read the Pop-ip and click “Ok” to install:
 

 

9. This will reload the page as the “Installed Bundles” list page. There will be a new row somewhere in the list for the new bundle and its status will be “Pending…”
 

 

Click the “Refresh” button in the top left until the “Pending…” status has become a green or black tick:
 

 

 

 

If the installation fails and the status becomes a red ‘X.’ Then please reach out to support@reed-consultants.com for assistance. If you hover over the red ‘X’ it will give you an error message that you can relay to us to help us diagnose the issue.

 

If the installation did not fail then congratulations! Your bundle is installed and ready for use in your account!
