- The product has three main sections. In the image below, the red section are buttons to make new dropzones, the green section are the dropzones and powers to edit them and the blue section are notes and instructions

2. The “Add New CSV Import Template” button, takes you to the standard NetSuite Import CSV Records Import Assistant page:

3. The “New DropZone Configuration Button” will take you to a page to make a new DropZone.

4. The “Refresh All Field Mappings" button will refresh some of the data in the dropzones (see below).
5. There are 3 or 4 symbols beneath each dropzone:

The globe will show you the field mappings that it expects in your CSV file vs the fields it will update in NetSuite. This is drawn from your CSV Import Template. This is what is update by the “Refresh All Field Mappings” button.

The Pencil allows you to edit a DropZone configuration.
The Paper takes you to the CSV Import Template being used by the DropZone so you can edit it.
If the bin icon appears, then you can delete the CSV DropZone Configuration. You will only be able to see this if you are an Administrator and are the creator of the DropZone Configuration.
