Performing a successful upload:

Follow the steps below to upload

• Open up the CSV DropZone page
• Click the “Refresh All Field Mappings” button

• Click the Globe icon underneath the dropzone that you want to use. Compare the field mappings to your file.

• Triple check everything - seriously. Make sure you are uploading the correct file.

• Drag and drop your CSV file from your desktop or your file explorer to the drop zone.

• Read the Pop-up. Once you have confirmed that this is the correct upload, click on the “Okay” button.
   

• Refresh the job status page until your import is complete. The message column will tell you how many lines were successfully imported when it is complete:
   

What does it look like if my upload fails?

When you upload an invalid file, the dropzone will display red with an error:
