2. How to install TXN Flow+

Note: Due to a change in how we distribute the bundle…the name of the bundle is different from in the video. We no longer have 2 versions of the bundle. If you are unsure of what to do at any point, please view the written guide below which has been updated.

To install TXN Flow+ you must have gotten a license and had the bundle provisioned to your account. Instructions to do this are in the PREVIOUS article. If you have not been told that the bundle is provisioned to your account yet then you cannot install the bundle.
 

To install the bundle, follow the steps below:
 

  1. As an administrator, navigate through the menu commands: “Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles” and click on “Search & Install Bundles.”
     

 

2. This will load up the Search & Install Bundles page. Please type into the Keywords box in the Basic view: “[REED] TXN” and click on the “Search” button.
 

 

3. NetSuite will search through the available bundles and return matches. Please choose [REED] Transaction Flow+ with the Bundle ID: 571351. If you cannot see this bundle, please get in contact with us.

 

 


To install a bundle, click on the name of the bundle.
 

 

4. This will load up the Bundle Details page. Please click the “Install” button:

5. A terms of service page will load. Please read them and click “I Agree.” You may have to scroll down to see the buttons.
 

 

6. The terms of service window will disappear and your page will be reloading. When it has reloaded it will show the Preview Bundle Install page:
 

 

Do not change any of the settings. Simply click on the “Install Bundle” button.

7. The page will reload as the “Installed Bundles” page. A new line will appear in the list of installed bundles for your new bundle. It will have a status of "Pending…"
 

Click on the “Refresh” button at the top of the page until the status changes from “Pending…” to a green or black tick. This may take 10-15 minutes.
 

If the Status ends up as a black or red “X”. Hover over it to see the error and reach out to us for assistance at support@reed-consultants.com. Let us know the error code you encountered and your NetSuite account ID.

Once the status is a green tick. The bundle is installed. It will have already been configured. You are good to proceed to the next video to learn how it works. To do so, click the “Next” button beneath this article.
